The brief
Global Citizens select a group of emerging creatives each year and publish their work on a global platform. The commission was to document one of them in India: not a portrait sitting, but the story they arrived with, the things they take from, and a version of themselves to go alongside it.
The work
Three threads running at once — the story, the influences, and the self that gets presented to a camera — followed across their time in India.
